Mail Call! - Highland Diorama
(51 Highland Division)

Franks Father was in the 51st Highland Division during the war and he served in the middle east. At that time it was a desert rat unit.

Frank's soldiers for this diorama didn't have the right uniforms (short pants and sleeves) so he ended up making it a greener scene rather than a desert scene.

Frank has made lots more dioramas of many different types. I have a page with them right here: Frank's Dioramas

A couple of things to note about this diorama are the back wall of rock, dirt and brush. It has a great look to it and it brings our focus more into the scene. Also the campfire is terrific. It has a good look. Franks has made a tutorial for us explaining how he made the great looking rock face wall.

The 3-D Waterfall Shadowbox Diorama

This is a beautiful diorama depicting a walking bridge spanning over a waterfall and it has a three dimensional aspect in that it is bursting right out of the shadowbox. The 3d Waterfall Shadowbox Diorama
