Here is a bunch of science project ideas. I have given you a whole lot of different ideas that you can do and make and as I can I have also give you exact intstructions and supporting material so you can get a good understanding of the science behind the idea.

It is quite amazing some of the interesting projects you can make. This can be a lot of fun and you can learn some amazing things that you never thought of.

Pepper's Ghost Box diorama

Here's a fun project that fuses science with diorama's. In this tutorial we utilize something called Pepper's Ghost Illusion originally created by John Henry Pepper. I have set up a mushroom terrarium so I can take pics of it as it grows. Pretty interesting project and I am also working on a couple of mushroom terrariums to be coming soon.. Break your own geode

  • Geodes are round stones, usually hollow filled with crystals or layers of agate. Your "Break at Home" geode should have either quartz or calcite crystals inside.
  • To crack your geode, first place it inside an old sock. Lay sock on concrete floor or sidewalk, and tap geode with hammer
