Now that the book is behind me I can move forward with other projects. Here are two that are top of my list.
- This one will be completed next. Several years ago I had a dream, while sleeping, that I was walking between bookracks in a very large, and very old, library. It is a whole thing and I woke up with that dream very vivid in my mind. So…. I am creating a stop motion animation of the dream and I have already finished making the miniature set for it. Here is a picture:
Stop motion animation is a personal favorite pursuit of mine because it opens up so many creative possibilities. I am looking forward to working on this. And it will have to wait until the new computer comes in becuase one minute of stop motion animation means taking 1,800 photographs! And my current computer and video editing software just can’t handle that!
2. I am going to be making a stained glass window based on an actual 100 year old German window. There is a big story behind this project and this window. I will write more about what happened and how this project came into being. But let’s take a look at the window I will be making:
