Nidhoggr Mead

Here is Paul's review of the mead:

This one was £20 GBP but a very good tasting mead in my opinion. It is refreshingly light on the palate but then has a warming after taste. Made by Nidhoggr of York (where our Jorvik Viking centre is located.) They had quite a varied selection of meads on display at the time.

A Note from Will: Something about this mead perfectly describes the beauty of mead - It is light on the palate without a too strong taste, and then it brings a beautiful warming after taste. You can't get much better than that! If you have never tried Mead this one might be a perfect introduction to it!!
