I get a lot of email from people about mead and mead making and occasionally I get questions about how to distill mead. Well, I don't distill mead and in the US distilling anything is illegal. There are risks with distilling liquors other than legal, it can also be dangerous to your health! But the question does remain about distilled mead.

But don't let that bother you. You can ferment mead for personal consumption. And it is a fun process. I have lots of tutorials to guide you.
