A little bit more about South Dakota
I truly love South Dakota. It is easy to think about the big and famous things there like Mount Rushmore and The Badlands. But there is a whole lot more.

Just before getting to the badlands national park I stopped at a place called The Badlands Trading Post. They have a lot of fun stuff and souvenirs. I also stopped at a Prairie Dog farm. That was fun too. And there is also a prairie home museum. Kind of a museum. It has an authentic prairie home and the farm so you can see how people really worked and lived during the prairie days.
Also in South Dakota (In a place called DeSmet) is the Little House on the Prairie Homestead. I have a whole page of that here.
