If you think you know chow mein and you haven't had this chow mein then you don't know chow mein!!
Wow, that was a big statement.

There is no other chow mein like this anywhere in the world. And it is made in only one place: Fall River.

It is located at 42 eighth street. They have some off street parking and plenty of parking area right outside on the street.

Their hours of operation are 9:30 - 4:30 Monday thru Saturday and they are closed on Sunday.

My family has been eating this particular chow mein for generations. And according to the box they have been packaging it since 1926.

And it is the best Chow Mein in the world!

You can buy it at the factory and you can buy it in local grocery stores. And, this particular food is on the menu of many local restaurants both as a stand alone item and as a sandwich.

I went directly to the factory and bought a couple of boxes. They cost $3.50 each. Buy yourself a box and a bag of hamburger buns for a dollar fifty and you have a very subsantial and filling meal for five bucks. It makes enough for four hearty sandwiches. Although I am only going to make two.
