This simple clover sweet mead went 4 years in carboys, along with a twin darker Orange grove honey mead and elderberry melomel. Other shots include 2 and half gallon carboy and 54Litre Italian carboy. Great hobby, I recommend it to anyone who enjoys the gift of fermentation.
