Mead is a wonderful drink and plain mead is pretty good but when you start adding fruits to the mead you come up with something spectacular. Who can resist a honey wine made with their favorite fruit? How about something like pear, strawberry, cranberry, cherry, apple or something else?
It is in the addition of fruits where mead shines. The basic mead of honey and water is a wonderful palette that can be flavored in many delicious ways and this is what this ebooklet tells you how to do.
Here is a picture of one of the fruit meads that I make in this booklet. It is a pear mead and it is fermenting nicely in it's jug.
I have written a twenty one page e-booklet that tells you exactly how to make a fantastic fruit mead - successfully. I take all the mystery out of the process and help you make a simple and easy one gallon batch.
The cost of the booklet is $11.95 and you can purchase it by paypal or credit card securely through the paypal button. And it comes with a full Money Back Guarantee.

Two Different techniques
And I show you two different techniques on how to do it. It's all in the booklet step by step.
The First method is the beginner method. This is for you if you just want the satisfaction of making a batch or two of fruit mead so you can experience the making and the taste of it. I keep it real simple, it uses no chemicals and just basic equipment. It is a very inexpensive and easy way to make a fruit mead melomel.
The second method is for you if you either want to make mead more often or you have some brewing experience already, This method takes a tad more work and costs a little bit more but you get a clearer mead, with a brighter flavor and a longer shelf life. The additional expense is for some chemicals like pectic enzyme which breaks down the fruit for a brighter flavor and a clearer mead. But don't let this scare you off. You can get a small bottle of pectic enzyme for two dollars and I explain what it is and how to use it.
You also may simply want to try the first method to see if you like mead making and fruit mead and then you, like me, may be hooked and want to move on to the intermediate method and make some more!
What's in the ebooklet:
The picture on the left is from the booklet. It is 21 pages of direct and easy to understand instructions on how to make a fruit mead. In the book I make two different batches, a pear and a cherry. And I show you pictures all along the way.
Clear and simple step by step instructions including pictures of the equipment like the airlock and an explanation of what it is and how it works.
Personally, mead making is one of the most rewarding things I do and I believe you will get a lot of enjoyment out of it too.
The booklet comes with a look at equipment and materials you will need and answers to the common questions that beginners have like how long before I can drink my mead? or What is an airlock?
And I don't just tell you how to make the mead. I actually make two batches and take pictures along the way so you can "see" how it is done.
If you always wanted to make a fruit mead but just didn't know how to start then this ebooklet is perfect for you.
