Here is a list of Will's telescope and astronomy projects that you can make. Some of them cross subject lines which make them interesting in two very different fields. For example I have a stop motion astronomer project that would appeal to you if you like either astronomy or stop motion animation.

Space Diorama

Space Diorama (Shoebox)

You can make a fun Space diorama where the astronaut is floating in space. I give you all the artwork. And you don't even need a shoebox. I show you how to make one out of cardboard or foamboard. Make a Shoebox Space Diorama
