This is a project I have been wanting to do for a long time - a pinball machine made out of cardboard. There will be a lot to this and the most important thing is to figure out a nice flipper system. SO, yesterday I started experimenting with how to make a functional flipper out of cardboard.

More will be coming for this project. This makes it two very big projects I am working on. There is the World's Greatest Cardboard castle. And now there is the functional pinball machine.

Designing the pop down targets

I am continuing to work on the cardboard pinball machine. I am running experiments and figuring out how to make the various components out of cardboard. Got to admit it is a whole lot of fun.

At some point, I can see it, I will have a pretty fun pinball machine.

Here is the latest experiment. It is a drop down target. This is one of those targets that when the pinball hits it, it drops down into the surface. Quick video:
