In this part of the tutorial we build the bottom part of the wizard box.

Part 1 of this tutorial (the beginning) is here.

Hot glue pieces one, two and three together like this. One is the flat surface and two/three are the walls. Don't glue the walls down on top of part 1. They glue to the sides of part 1 (the edges of part 1)

Now glue parts four and five in place. They too do not go directly down onto one. They go onto the side.

Now Glue six, seven, eight and nine right into the box like this. Make sure that the slots line up with parts two three four and five.

Make sure the slots line up with the previous slots.

Ok, the box is built now lets add the steel banding to it!

Now glue parts ten and eleven to the bottom of the box.

Now glue twelve, thirteen on one side. And fourteen, fifteen on the other side like this.

Now wrap the final bands around the box near the top. Sixteen, seventeen, eighteen and nineteen.

Ok! The box is done! Nice work. Let tackle the making of the lid and the locking puzzle mechanism.
