Technically this is not an eyeball project because we don't need an eyeball for this. But... of all the eyeball projects this one is probably my favorite. I like it a lot. You need a fake pair of scissors and I give you the template which makes it very easy for you. The template for the scissors is right here The other eyeball projects along with the video is here.

Print up the template, cut out the scissor pattern and trace it onto foamboard. Foamboard is best because it is light. But if you don't have foamboard you can use cardboard.
Paint the blades silver and paint the handles black. If you don't have silver paint gray paint will do just as well.
Reinforce the details with a pen.
Apply hot glue to the broken part of the scissors.
Stick it to the lens of the glasses. Be sure that the good tang of the glasses is pointing in the up direction. Don't have it going down. It will stick into your cheek.
Use some white paint to add cracks to the lens and you are done!
