This is an aptly named fruit. It does have a kind of dragon skin look to it!

Cut it lengthwise in quarters.

And peel off the skin. It is very easy to peel. And be sure to get all the skin off.

Then cut it into chunks.

And you are done. Simple as that. Enjoy! It tastes like a kiwi and the inside looks like a kiwi with all those seeds.

Those seeds are perfectly edible.
