The Cloisters is the only Museum in America specifically devoted to the Medieval Period. And it is my favorite museum. It of course has lots of stained glass windows. Here is a selection of some of them.

This next picture is of a particular style of stained glass window called a Roundel.

These Roundels are clear glass with vitreous paint and silver stain.
