This is a tutorial on how to make the Sword of Thranduil. I give you the template which makes it super easy for you to make.

Cut out the pieces

Cut out the pieces. There are eight of them labeled A thru H.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tape those eight pieces together to form the template of the sword.

Place that template onto foamboard and trace three copies. One copy just needs the outline traced. Two of the copies will need more work. I will show you in a bit.

If you don't have the large foamboard you can use the regular size 30x20 foamboard. You simply make six sword pieces like this.They will all glue together strongly to make your sword.
