This is a tutorial on how to make a miniature glass shield from skyrim. Fun little project and easy to make. You just need a few basic supplies including a package of epoxy resin. I also have a video tutorial on this project at the bottom of the page.

Parts and Materials for this project:
Start out with two sheets of foam. Most types of foam will do. You can even use sheets of wood for this. These sheets are about eight inches square. In the center of one of them draw a circle with a six inch diameter.
Cut out that disk then glue the two pieces of foam together. Also run a thick line of glue all the way around the circle to seal the two pieces together. We don't want the epoxy resin leaking in that crack around the circle. The picture here shows a whole lot of glue. You can go ahead and wipe away all that excess. You just want the crack to be sealed.
Mix equal parts of your epoxy resin together and add some green food coloring.
And pour it in your mold. Then let it dry. Mark up the shield with a marker or sharpie to get it to the shape of the actual shield.
Then cut it to shape. The epoxy resin is easy to cut. A wide variety of tools will work including jewelers saw, sand paper, files and more.
Ok, let's continue making this shield (If you need to buy the epoxy resin or the fun foam I have links down below) Watch the Video Tutorial Here:
