This is a fun and easy foamboard project and I give you the template which makes it very easy for you to make. You just need a few basic supplies like foamboard, hot glue and paint and you can have yourself a fun set of wolverine claws. The template for this project is right here. There is also a video tutorial on this project at the bottom of the page. Will has a youtube channel with over 700 videos on projects you can make. Check it out right here

Print up the template. First take the sheet that has all the claws on it. Use a glue stick and glue that whole page down to cereal box cardboard.
There are two more template sheets. These are for the box that the claws slide in. Tape these down to foam board. Just a couple of pieces of tape on each is fine. We just need to hold them in place while we draw on them.
Now, with a pencil and ruler trace over all those pieces on the foam board sheet. These are all the box pieces. Not the claw pieces. We want to press firmly down in order to make an impression on the foam board.
Now you can lift up those two sheets and see the impressions in the foamboard. Go over all of these impressions with a pencil. And use a ruler to keep the lines nice and straight. What we have now done is transferred the patterns on paper to the foam board. IMPORTANT NOTE: When you have drawn these look at how each piece is lettered on the template. And write that same letter on each of these foamboard pieces. This will make it easier to assemble later.
Now go ahead and cut those foamboard pieces out.
But.... note those two rectangles on part "A" don't cut those out. They denote where we will glue a couple of pieces.
And go ahead and cut those nine claws out. Okay! All the preparatory work is done. Let's continue with the tutorial and put it all together!
