This is a tutorial on how to make a Daedric bow and arrow from Skyrim and the Elder Scrolls series. It doesn't really function as a bow though. It is just for show, fun and cosplay!

Overview: This is a very easy project and it comes out great. I help you along the way by giving you the template. You cut out the template. You use that to trace the parts onto foam board (Or cardboard). You glue the parts together and then paint it! That's about it. Add a string and make the arrow if you want an arrow!

Parts and Tools:

• 2 sheets of foamboard Elmer's Acid-Free Foam Boards
• Glue gun or glue - Surebonder PRO Glue Gun
• Red and black paint
• The template Here
• Some string for the bow string (Anything will do) I used fishing leader line
• Some kind of wire to wrap the handle. I used network cable
• Optional arrow: A 36 inch long piece of 1/8 inch wood dowel and a piece of black paper or cardstock

Print up the template and cut out the pieces. There are four pieces that make up the bow and one piece for the arrow head. Notice that my template is orange. That is just so you can see it better in the pics and video. Your template pieces are white. That saves on printer ink.

Tape together the four pieces of the bow template together like this. There is a drawing in the template to help. From right to left the pieces are 1, 2, 3, and 4.

Lay it on a sheet of foamboard and trace it. You can fit it twice onto a single sheet of foamboard. Make four of these in total.
