This is a tutorial showing you how to make the Saw Cleaver from the video game Bloodborne. And we make it so it can be opened and closed.

It is a fun and easy project that looks great. You just need a few basic supplies and I give you the template.

Parts and Materials Used in this project:

• 2 sheets of foamboard 5mm thick and 20" x 30"
• 1 old t shirt
• 1/4 inch wooden dowel. (you can substitute this with something else)
• Glue or glue gun
• Paints: Red, Black, Grey, Orange, Yellow

Print up the template and cut out the pieces.

Tape together parts A, B, and C like this.

Now let's tape together the three parts that make up the handle. They go a very specific way. Match up the symbols on each piece so they meet with the same symbol on another piece.

It will look like this.

Place the Saw blade template on foamboard or cardboard and trace it.

And trace two handle pieces.

Now cut the bulb off the handle template. Set that bulb aside. We will need it later.

Now put that newly cut handle piece on foamboard and trace one of those.

Will's Tips on Cutting Foam board and using smaller foam board sheets : Don't try to cut all the way through it in one swipe. Use a really sharp blade and make three passes. the first pass just cuts the top layer of paper. Second pass cuts the foam and the third pass cuts through the bottom layer of foam.

Now cut out all four of those pieces.

Optionally you can bevel the teeth on the blade. It is a good option though. It makes it look really good.
