Dragon Fruit - It has a very distinct look - It sure does bear a resemblance to what we think of as dragon skin! And it is a fruit so there is no need to cook it. Think Kiwi! It is very similar in texture and taste to kiwi.

Cheyote - This is a vegetable and the inside is very similar to a gourd or a squash but remarkably sweeter. Yup, this is a vegetable with a little bit of sweetness to it. It needs to be cooked and there are a half dozen ways to cook it but I just went wit peeling and boiling.
