In this part of the tutorial we make the sabatons.

Cut out all the pieces and also puncture all the holes. You may need to repuncture the holes depending on the size of your feet.

And be sure to cut out the slot in the toe piece. This is on both styles of toe.

If you are using the traditional toe style then we will be folding it over at that slot and gluing it down. Do this later, not right now. And we don't need to do anything to the slot for the pointed gothic style.

Now lets' put it all together. When adding the individual pieces always keep the number on the piece toward the top. This way you don't get any pieces upside down.

Ok, Let's start with the first two pieces. Piece six goes around the heel. Then attach piece five to it. Putting piece five on top of six. Secure them together with brass fasteners.

Now add piece four, securing it on top of piece five.

Then add the remaining pieces.
