This is a tutorial showing you how to make the Silver Knight Straight sword from Dark Souls. This is a fun and easy project to make and it comes out looking great. I give you the template which makes it very easy for you.

Parts, tools and materials

• 2 Sheets of foam board or similar cardboard The foam board is 20x30 inches and 3/16 inch thick (Elmer's Foam Board)
• Paints: Black, Silver, Blue, White - Any kind of hobby or acrylic paint will be quite ok
• White Glue or Hot Glue Gun
• The Template
• Some kind of sharp knife to cut the foam board - an Xacto knife is great for this
• To make the miniature sword you will need a cereal box or a sheet of card stock

Let's Make it!

Print up the template and cut out the pieces. There are seven pieces.

Tape together the template pieces like shown in the template.

You end up with three templates like this.

Place those template on foam board and trace them. You trace one of the first and third templates shown above. And you trace two of the second template shown above. You end up with a total of four pieces.

Now cut out those four pieces.

Ok, let's continue and glue the pieces together
