I took a 7 day cruise from Boston to Bermuda. It was a working vacation for me. And I got a fair amount of work done. I also enjoyed Bermuda.

I did get an unexpected little bonus though. The cruise ship, every evening, in the buffet would lay out a variety of cheeses. I enjoyed all of them and I took some pictures for you.

Here is a picture of a cream cheese with assorted dried fruits and nuts.

Paprika Goat Cheese and Parsley Goat Cheese

I got to the buffet late in the evening so it looks like people had already been tearing into these cheeses. It looks like they enjoyed the Parsley Goat cheese a whole lot.

Tomato and mozzarella cheese - It's a slice of tomato topped with a slice of mozzarella - I am not sure what that brown sauce is.

Here is a look at a typical layout they had on the cruise ship. It shows a variety of cheeses with cold cuts.

I was very pleased to see the cruise ship did this on a nightly basis. It made for a nice, and varied, cheese experience. It also gave me ideas about how cheese can be presented and enjoyed in various ways including a slice of mozzarella on a slice of tomato or cheese covered in dried fruits and nuts.
