In this part of the tutorial we add the guard to the sword.

Next cut out the guard piece. This is two inches thick. If you don't have two inch thick foam you can glue together two pieces of one inch thick foam then cut this piece out.

Then glue it on to the end of the foam sheath. In the picture the left side of the guard lines up with the end of the foam sheath.
