Jimi has followed my tutorial to make Glamdring. He also upgraded it with some amazing changes. He tells us about the upgrades: ' I added a crystal (Fan Pull) to the Pommel, decorative details, and Glass Stone accents." Andy has followed my tutorial and made the Nazgul sword. And instead of foam board he upgraded and made it out of wood! It came out amazing and my thanks go to Andy for sharing the picture with us. He tells us how he made it: I used your template and cut the pattern out a piece of scrap lumber I had laying around and used plasti dip on the handle which works great. On the pomel and cross guard I made a mix of sawdust and wood glue then brushed the paste on and let dry and then sanded lightly. I gives a really cool rough forged metal look. I then painted with hammered metal paint.

Donaven has followed my tutorial to make Elucidator. But I cut all the pieces with a plasma cutter and mig welded the blade and all the other pieces to the hilt , he made out of of metal! Roberto has followed my pvc sword tutorial and made himself a sword ( a katana) . And he got creative and made excellent upgrades. I like this sword a lot. It looks great! He tells us about the improvements he made: the colored material for the guard and pommel is foam from some floor mats I had laying around. Sanded the blade and gave it another couple of paint coats. And rounded a bit the guard and pommel details. Also, I sprayed several thin layers of silver and black paint (while the paint was still wet) to achieve a metallic black finish, kinda iridescent depending on the light.
