Babe Movie Review of the Week - Lifeforce

What can you say about a movie that has it all? This is a science fiction movie, a vampire movie and an end of the world movie all wrapped up into one! And of course it has an astonishingly beautiful woman (The French Mathilda May) who walks around totally nude for about 15 minutes! Now does this crossing of genres work? You bet it does! It is a difficult task but it is masterfully handled. The script is superb and it all makes sense. Of course the directing is impeccable. It was directed by Tobe Hooper (of Poltergeist and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre) so you know you are in for a visual treat.
This is one of those movies that seems to have been overlooked in the realm of science fiction. Probably because it crosses several genres, so no genre could actually claim it as its own.
Just get a look at the poster and tell me that Mathilda is not scorchingly
