This diorama is simple but very effective. Stephen makes excellent use of materials, paints and improvised materials to make this sewer scene.

He tells us the Materials he used to make this diorama:

• Insulation foam board
• Clear DAP 3 Silicone for water effect in the trench
• Hot glue for the slime effect
• Cardboard poster film tube for one pipe
• Endcaps for tubes for wall spout and other tube on the right side wall
• Soup can for tunnel with slime
• Straws, wires, and clips for back wall details

Hot Wire Foam Cutter

(This is the exact one that Will uses) The Hot Wire Foam Cutter has adjustable collars allowing for clean, accurate cuts in foam. Woodland Scenics recommends using only on SubTerrain white foam which emits no toxic fumes. Use only special nichrome replacement wire. The throat of the Hot Wire Foam Cutter is 4.5" wide by 5.5" deep. Input: 120VAC and Output: 9VAC, 1300mA.
