Frank like to improvise his materials and keep the cost down which is very creative and a great thing to do. You can learn some tips and tricks from his work.

  Got photo frame from opp shop $1. Made a box. Behind.   All cut out of foam. I cut the foam roughly.   Then spray. It with primer that works on the foam and finished up as you see it.    Baking soda white paint. And glue.
